Hurricane

Folder:
JLS

The wind blows as I
Watch the trees sway
Back and forth
I see the creek by my
House overflow
I watch from my
Balcony
As the rain pours heavily down
Onto my street
You can hear the water
Swoosh down my street
I watch as everyone
Tries to get off the street
As the water drags them
Further down the road
I watch as a telephone
Pole's wires get lose
As they whip widely in the
Winds
I hold on tight to my balcony
Rail as i watch the scene
Sprawl out in front of me
Then the next thing I know
My husband drags me back inside
He takes off my wet clothes
And tells me to take a
Hot bath
As I shiver from the cold rain
He pours the bubbles into my bath
As I get in
He makes sure I never
Leave his sight
So I will never blow away
In this horrid
Hurricane
