Pixie of the Charm

Folder:
2003 Poetry

Asleep in the night, wrapped in a leaf

This tiny little creature of disbelief

Travels safely down the river of souls

Eventually landing on the shallow shoals

Safe from all that would cause her harm

For she possesses the lucky charm

Passed down since the beginning of time

Pixie children have been so sublime

Adored and revered by all the land

She's the one that will take a stand

Against the evil that's taken control

Making it right is her only role

Once done she will return to the light

Content in the knowledge she made it right

There to stay in that magical glen

Until things turn and she's needed again
