LOVE'S INTREPID START

Folder:
JOURNAL #21

what tender beloved tyrant

be tweaks the cool facade

of my lofty former discontent

I know of not any

such said memorable other than ye

who woos me so wondrously

with just his zeal's cherished wit

he who speaks to snug at my famished

heart

such a fiery lead in life's finest play

a sensuous virtuoso of rapturously gentled

reverie

revealing sweet soft surprising self portions

of this 'Love's Intrepid Start'

a pride less poet's soul lain so

breathtakingly bare

through incursive letter block form

he paves for me a longed for way

my thoughts make waste less haste

to mature and meld themselves with thee

and to such strong yet trembling tenderness

may this deep love's fostered infant be born

to two once so terribly lost and empty lonelies

at last miraculously returned together

seamlessly cemented

and stronger than ever

to gloriously sail

far that above

the usual day to day dulled hum drum of

the shallow

and all their world weary scorn

I give to you

this handsomely tooled battle cry

my tearful muse

Hark!

for she raps soundly pleased

at the welcomed sight

of your awaited spirit's door

no longer a simple guest

in your heart

but a treasured inmate

in bedded in its very muscle's core

so, you just try to extricate me now

I dare you

mon shy amour!...........
