Rhapsody in bloom

so merrily cleaning

this former house of gloom

ah where is marvels bitter sweet groom

likely alone in his apartment

allowing the darkness of his mood

to color the entire room

so, I called him out of the reckless blue

and sang in his ear

How, oh how is my sweet incorrigible you

to hear his laughter's sweet surprise

so beautifully vaporized

the sting of silence

and all was happily revitalized

quite thoroughly renewed

in future

I'll be quicker to remember this........
