Let me be loved,

The way that I deserve to be loved,

Fully & respectfully

By a man whome I can love in return.

Let me be loved,

By someone who has eyes for me

And can appreciate me,

In a way that I want to be appreciated.

Let me be loved,

By someone who has time for me,

And all the time in the world,

And never tells me that i don't matter.

If you cannot love me

In all the way I name above,

Then let me be lonely,

And you go your own way.
