Counting and Coloring, Page2

Children's Poetry

I'd like you to say all of the letters
In the alphabet.
Then count them up
And see how many you get.

Count how many trees
You can see in the fall
They can be short;
Or, they can be tall.

Count how many birds
Are in the sky in spring;
They have so many
Songs to sing.

Count how many of my butterflies
Have heart wings
My, they are such
Pretty things!

You may like to
Count how many stick men
You see with big shoes;
The shoes all come in pairs of two's!

Count how many mountains
I have made on the ground;
It is so peaceful here
That you won't hear a sound.
