~Just Around The Corner~
I just can’t believe it but it’s another Friday again
And another weekend is looming ahead just around the corner
Tomorrow is Saturday and I’m not planning really that much
But to relax a little more and take my whole day a little slow
Most people make very big plans to enjoy their whole weekends
Some go out of town to a special place that they had in mind for many days
While others catch up with some chores or projects around their house
Of course there are those that will do nothing but sleep and watch T.V. all day
I know that many will go off to watch a new movie or eat out somewhere in town
Barbecue time or a picnic with family and friends work just fine for so many too
As for me I am not planning much at all this time but stay here and do some work around
Like doing another load of laundry and clean more my house like I usually just do
I am thinking about writing another poem and reading one or two nice books that I have my eyes on thanks to you
And curled up somewhere in my studio spending some time like this it would be very nice for my soul I know too!
