ONE MORE DAY

Folder:
GRANDPARENT POEMS

I look at you, lying in your bed.

These thoughts are in my head.

The memories that we have shared.

I look at your face.  place, hair-cancer

I'm blue, but I try not to let it show.

There's a thing I want you to know.

                        Don't go.

                        One more day to stay.

                        One more day to play.

                          One more day to spend.

Please, I don't want our time to end.
