Unknown Thief.

Every day he creeps in silently and steals that what one misses most. Utter darkness takes over and floods the world in an unnatural state of chaos. It would be chaos if one body high in the sky did not step in and give us sufficient light to allow the stolen something to escape from the clutches of the thief and retake its place in the Heavens above. I am talking of course about the Sun that the thief or thieves steal every day of the year.

Do our Governments do anything to stop this stealing of the most important factor in every person’s life? The Sun. No, all sit back and say it will get light again the next day but what if the Sun does not manage to escape and shine down on the Earth to help the farmers with the crops. Without the Sun we, the whole world would be without food. Starvation would be our common lot is that what our Governments want?

Why have the world’s Governments not built space ships that could lay in wait for the thief or thieves that daily steal our most precious product the Sun’s light?

I appeal to all the peoples of this earth make petitions to your Governments and get them to do something against these notorious thieves that have no respect for the peoples of this world and on a daily basis steal that without which nothing could exists on this lovely blue planet that we call Earth.

Author's Notes/Comments:

Not to be taken seriously. This prose I wrote for a friend in Calcutta, India. Hope you like this my friend Bishu. Something more to ponder over. I really must go and see my psychiatrist soon, I feel that it is time for me to say at least good Morning to the poor fellow. He must feel lonely without my visits. Bern
