My Ray of Sunshine.

• Will you be my ray of sunshine,
• On the dark side I tend to incline.
• To brighten up my dreary days,
• Shine on me with your intensive rays.
• Lighten my darkest shadows with one sweet smile,
• So that I may be with you for a long while.
• Let me bask in your radiance my lovely one,
• For I have sadly missed my guiding sun.
• Shine into every corner of my being,
• Break through the gloom, let me be of the seeing.
• Let motes of dust shine clear in every room,
• So that I may no longer fear the gloom.
• Sweet gentle rays of sunshine pure,
• Give me guidance to a refreshing cure.
• Soothe me in my deepest despair,
• Love is all that with you I can share.
• You have my life in your strong hands,
• Your strength can break those binding bands.
• Drive me up into the sun's sweet rays,
• So that I may be with you for the rest of my days.
