Breaking insanity twisting warping helping healing screaming pain agony misery

Sea Of Grief

The waves is following me
And clashing against the reefs.
I'm lost in these seven seas of
Grief. I tried to sail away, but
The way turbulence made me
Sway I fell into the bottomless
Sea. Shoreline isn't in sight or
My eyes too tarnished to see
The land of promise. I'm going
To die, aren't I? Please be honest,
I rather die on this reef then
Continuing swimming in the
Sea of Grief.

Hitting the ground

Breaking into a million

Tiny pieces.

Twisting, warping

Bending in ways that

Make it break.

Straining, pushing,

Screaming into the dark

"Let me go!"

A mind can only

So much.

A human can only

So much.

Reaching, grasping,

Desperate for someone,

Anyone, to help.

None do.

And the innocent fall.

Drowning, Choking,

On their own

Helpless, unable

To ever escape

On their own.

So wake up.

Reach out.

And help the person

Next to you.

What do you have to lose?
