His was not the verbiage of a warrior prince

But the sound of the soul of a common man,

The elocution of one familiar with afflictions

The pain of his soul dolorous on cottony currents

Carried a gentle arrangement of sad emotions

The essence of his psyche spilled into the air

Bathetic congeries of the totality of his life,

I think I would like to give

I think I would like to give this man a hug, which is strange for me because I never hug anyone, never have.  The proof of a very good poem I would say. sue.
