Traveling through time and space
To reach this moment of a million touches.
Facing each other, caressing the smallest grain
Radiating great love from crystal to crystal
Perfecting itself until the touch is felt by each facet
Each heavy sigh, each breath blown with a kiss
Moves the sand forward in melding motion
Forever changing the shape of the shore
Until, at last, the four and twenty
Join together at the center of the hourglass
Sweetly brushing against the other
Sending shivers into the invisible night
Where dreams become real
And promises hold true
Alas, what is seen is yet unknown
What is known is yet unseen
Except by the eyes of the heart
As the sky gazes down with blue splendor
The feet of the two
Carry the weight of love above
Where hands and hearts are forever joined
In a melodious dance of rainbow delights
With colours tightly wrapped around the white light
And the notes of the song softly
Drawing them closer and closer
Until the million love touches become one forever.
