Fools’ Paradise

The world I live, is a hell for men;

A hell for men, who uphold the truth;

A heaven for men, who thrive on goodness’ fall

‘The men of wrong’, rejoice on fun

The men of vice, make merry with dice; but

The one who survives, relies on sheer luck

‘Coz, fortune favours fools.

‘Jealousy, treachery, adultery, conspiracy’

Is the order of the day.

It’s a paradise for buggers and fools

Yea! It’s a ‘Fools’ Paradise’.

The fools who dig their own grave

Nay not know, it’s their own grave;

Yet they rejoice in their ‘Fools' Paradise’.
