If you love someone, I mean truly love them

you hold on to them through their darkest days 

while the memories of recently devastating changes replays 

When they were their own worst enemy

And for awhile the recent devastating changes

will be the only movie in their vision 

Staying loyal to those living in our heart is our life's mission 

They'll be forever greatful you saw them differently

holding on to our damaged comrades

is sometimes nothing more than intently listening 

isn't that in itself a life lesson?
