i wonder if you will pursue



the tactile desire that you

think i am the master of



but i am not



i wonder if you will challenge

me to kiss the curve of your hips

or the slack of your waist

the same way i place a gentle pucker

against your knuckles



will you be willing

to grasp an opportunity

that is frightening

only in the belief that

i am better than i am



or to over come the fear

that you will lose all you have

invested in the boredom

of the past



when the future

is unknown



i think you will not



but part of the challenge

is the gain over lost

of your intimate excitement
