Word Value Hidden in Linguistics

Word count. Word value. Phrase value.

Typically, concepts, actions, emotions, things of great importance are allotted a place in our vernacular. How many words do we have to represent sex? How many words do we have to represent rape? A fine line that is crissed and crossed until the line is muddied in the sand. The big blur! People cling to phrases as they weave between the nuances. This shows us so much about what value our society places in sexual assault. The sheer prevalence. Even the law winds amongst the maze of subtle distinctions where the divergence is crystal clear.
