"you're sexy,"
"You're so different from the rest."

You think-
"she's intelligent,"
"she's witty,"
"Much more original than the best!"

You say-
"what if..." and-
"if only," and those-
"one day's" YOU CLAIM TO SEE.

You think-
it's "if's" and
it's "and's" and- no but's
BUT YOU AND ME.

You say-
"I'm so in tune with you-"
"I'll never do you dirt"

You see what you want, do what you know...
AND WE BOTH END UP HURT.

You think-
"She's a user- she never loved me anyway"
"She's a whore, and a fraud, she'll miss me one day."

I do what i know, that's how to let go,
when i know both parties ain't right.

I do what should be done, when we know i'm not your one
But you can't see it, within my forsight.
