While studying I reminisce on the good days
And I ask myself whether being sober is the right state
However, sober from the lack of knowledge is being free
And drinking alcohol is not wrong, Yeshua did
Staying drunk in ignorance that is a sin
And the water you drink is clear indeed
And I’m at peace, with no remorse just being me
Staying true to myself and not hiding any secrets
Real to myself and I feel at peace
Challenging the norms and trends of society
Instead of conforming to mediocrity
I look out the window getting lost in sober thinking
