Afram Judge, William McConico, of Detroit's 36th District Court, weighed in and declared a moratorium on residential evictions. Oh what a web we weave. Last year the Court heard over 35,000 cases. Telling real estate investors to accept that there is no money for rents and mortgages from another 35,000 contractors and property purchasers (defaulters) City

-wide is radical! They will cry "socialism" with an eye on lucrative ventures going belly up along with high-lifestyles. Will it stand or will the "D" word see families living in their Fords? Tent cities will mean new challenges for financially strapped city governments. The affect on pandemic numbers could be catastrophic.

There are too many holes in the Dyke. Not enough Dutchboys and those we have are cursed with broken fingers. Urban farming may feed the masses. Charities. If we bring home the troops we can feed the hungry with RMMs - ready-made-meals, the new surplus, better than Welfare cheese and peanut butter.

6 more months of the Trumpet and the Senate is pulling their support of him too late. Time to invest in tent futures. Oh! Brave new world... May I live to see it healed.
