Vintage Words

Wobbly legs barely able to hold up
the weight of the head, the hands
grappling air like a table top or the
seat of a chair.
A furry scurrying of hair and eyes wide,
just up from nap mats, wet bottoms, quick
changes, wardrobes full of posing

A sound like no sound ever uttered
become peals to make us smile. To make
a room full of toddly feet trundle a
run and, like the body, fall into a pile
of kisses.

Kids Rock

They grow up to become the future. Little people waiting to be imprinted upon. Hugs and keep on stroking those oars. onmywaytotheIsleposthaste :D
