Tame

Life as a thing, not as an abstract,

defies similitudinal patterns. It

always has been wild like that. We,

always seeking order and answers,

paradoxically, are the result.

Encounters unexpected, born

of nature or some wind-touched artisan,

births all things wild.

A subject never to be closed,

tame has use in a crisis. Tame

is like humility, a human thing

that is seldom found anywhere

else.

Consider the lion tamer. Then

consider the dead and eaten

lion tamer. Life is not tame.

Just when you think you have

it domesticated, it bites off

a big chunk of your belief

system.

Wordly Ways

I had my way with words once, then words wanted to have their way with me. I let them, afterall, I poet and words are my favorite tools of the trade. Thank you for you wonderful comment. I'm particularly fond of the last verse. :D ~Lady A~

Respected Madam Allets.... Agreed conditionally

Life is not tame.

Ain't It The Truth

Hence the misnomer as a definition for civilizaition. If tame was norm, we'd be bored infinitely. ~A~
