Dust filled,
The corners of my mind.
Though it remained, a mere blink
In the eye of time, deep down. While within my heart.
Tears flowed, but not as you'd know.
Like a Chinese torture,.... they slowly dripped, love......
wouldn't let me go.
I'm from a time, where integrity.
Held a flame, where truth, lit a darkened world.
Hope sprang, eternal.....
