A letter to brother(Soldier)

“A letter to brother (Soldier).”

When you come back
Mom that has cried a river
Can swim and wash off all the pain

When you come back
You can have the old train set
I’ll give your leather jacket back
It’s too big anyway

When you come back I’ll fill all the balloons in the world
They’ll go up to the sky
You'll be the rainbow, if God has eyes!

When you come back
we’ll go down the river again
We shall race
You will be the winner

When you come back
We'll go to antiwar rallies
To open this thing in my heart
I'll scream the knot away

When you come back
your dog will stop barking
I can finally sleep again

You know, the river mom cried is now the ocean
I don’t dream of college no more!

When you come back
I’ll cut my hands
So you can be a dove
You can fly away
To join the world with no war

When you come back
Can I fly with you?
Will you come back?
Will you fly away?
