Felt Stanzas

I 1/24/12
To paint a picture out of melancholic agony
To write a poem out of the deepest love
To sing a song out of the most striking fear
Is like a beautiful withered rose in a woman's hair

II 1/26/12
Condemned to the cross of life
Loneliness blows the winds to the hearts
A new love brings a blossomed joy
A fight can break the glass or thrive passionate sex

III 1/30/12
A drink can ease the pain or rush the adrenaline
A smoke can make a classic photograph
A red rose can portray a macabre love
While you and me make baby steps towards what we want

IV 2/1/12
Let’s go walking in time towards a holy land
A land which is full of light and smiles
A land which they stole and raped
A land where its mountains are the skyscrapers
A land which I wished we could live in 400 years ago, America.

V 2/14/12
A glass of wine can romanticize the night
A stare can make the eyes speak its heart
A cuddle can exchange the human’s soul
Hot Chocolate can make me feel warm

VI 2/18/12
Because my heart has a zipper ready to be open
Let you join me in the dark and silent night
We can love without any restrictions or noises
Our bodies can merge without any thorns or fight

VII 2/19/12
Peaceful rage, violent thoughts is the answer
I gave up on the hopeless melancholic life
I now choose letters and words to release oppression
What better way to express murderous intentions

VIII 2/19/12
The truth hurts, control it before it blows
We all lie, we all want control, we’re humans
What’s a white lie? why is it supposed to be a good one?
All black, can never be tainted

IX 2/28/12
I am the wind swerving around your hair
I am the earth which your feet touch as you walk
I am that tree giving you shade as you dream
I am anything beautiful and peaceful you see

X 3/23/12
I never though we could ever make it
Differences appeared to control the present
Colors, beliefs, diverse places
But love overcame every interference

XI 4/1/12
Paint her portrait with the rainbow
The sun through the window illuminating her skin
Her clothing was her pain
Her eyes was the entrance to her thorned soul
